What You’ll Find Here
Hi, I’m Emma Wilson—writer, wife, mama, and the heart behind Emma Wilson Reads.
I’ve always believed in the quiet power of words to slow us down, speak to our hearts, and help us feel seen. Whether it’s through a short devotional on a busy morning, a storybook shared at bedtime, or a novel that lingers long after the last page, my passion lies in writing and sharing stories that matter.
My writing spans a few different worlds:
Devotionals to encourage and uplift
Children’s books filled with warmth, wonder, and imagination
Fiction rooted in real emotion, love, loss, healing, and hope
But this space isn’t just about what I’ve written, it's also about what I’m reading, learning, and dreaming up next.
As a lifelong book lover, I’ll be using this blog to share honest book reviews, reflections on the writing process, sneak peeks of what I’m working on, and occasional thoughts on faith, motherhood, and creativity. Whether you're here to explore my stories or just looking for your next favorite read, I hope this space offers something meaningful to you.
Here at Emma Wilson Reads, I believe in reading between the moments—pausing to notice the quiet beauty in the everyday and finding connection through story.
Thank you for being here. I’m so excited to grow this space and bring you along as I write one page at a time.
Warmly,
Emma
This photo was taken on one of the most meaningful days of our lives—our wedding in September of 2024. That day wasn’t just a celebration of our love; it was the beginning of a chapter filled with faith, growth, and unwavering support. My husband has stood beside me through every creative high and low, encouraging me to pursue this dream of writing even when I second-guessed myself.
From listening to rough story drafts to helping me talk through ideas late at night, he’s been my sounding board, my cheerleader, and my calm when I need grounding. His steady belief in me has given me the confidence to start sharing my words with the world—and for that, I’ll always be grateful.
This space is as much a reflection of that love and support as it is of my heart as a writer.
